Before heading out on your mobility scooter, take a minute to check a few basics.
Make sure the tyres look properly inflated where applicable, the steering feels normal, the throttle & braking respond correctly and there are no unusual noises or loose parts. It is also worth checking the battery level before a longer trip.
If something feels different from normal, it is better to have it checked rather than continue using the scooter and risk causing further damage.
